Based on the findings of an onsite unannounced hospice agency re-licensure survey completed on October 28, 2021, Promedica Hospice Care (Chadds Ford), was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
